Everything will be up to our detailed standards before guests check in, with no hassle to you, GreensCleaning takes care of it all!
Whether you are a Property Manager or Vacation Property Owner, GreensCleaning will be sure everything is refilled, replenished and guests will feel rejuvenated!
After a free consultation, GreensCleaning will be sure the vacation property is ready to go for the next reservation.
Services include 2 loads of laundry on location:
- dusting all surfaces
- vacuuming carpet and upholstery
- beds made / linen changed
- bathrooms sanitized
- kitchens sanitized to include cleaning of appliances, fronts of cupboards, etc.
- all tile floors washed
- blinds and light fixtures cleaned
- walls spot cleaned
- patio / storm doors cleaned
- removal of left behind garbage and recycling (additional charge may apply)
* Additional loads of laundry are available for $20/load

$50/visit, minimum 2 hours – $30/hr every hour after the first two

RESIDENTIAL CLEANING
Leave it to GreensCleaning. We will come in while you are working or enjoying the outdoor playground we live in. Why should you have to do all the dirty work all the time?
Basic home cleaning service includes:
dusting, vacuuming, kitchen sanitize, bathroom sanitize, spot wall clean and remove fingerprints off the inside windows.
This service is available for $30/hour.
BUSINESS & ENTERTAINMENT FACILITIES
GreensCleaning will come in after hours to make things spotless for tomorrow!
Only $60/day*, GreensCleaning will dust furniture, empty garbage and recycling, vacuum, mop and sanitize washrooms and common areas.
*minimum 3 days a week
